Because much of our work involves strategy, customization, and setup time, we do not issue refunds once work has begun on your project. However, if a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and no work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2. Subscription-Based Services

No prorated refunds are issued for the remainder of the billing cycle.
